Qualified CA or MBA (Finance); CA Inter candidates may be considered. Strong Excel/ERP skills, attention to detail, and timely delivery are essential for success.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA (Finance) degree required.
• CA (Inter) candidates may be considered.
• 4–7 years UAE Civil/Construction sector experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate P&L statements for each branch with cost analysis.
• Record, verify and consolidate revenue, expenses and other transactions by branch.
• Perform branch cost analysis and identify key cost drivers.
• Record daily sales and reconcile with POS systems.
• Reconcile cash and card receipts and verify transactions.
• Process supplier invoices, ensure PO/GRN matching and correct coding.
• Manage PRO expenses, credit cards, and due-date payments to avoid penalties.
• Handle utility bills processing and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist auditors and support budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
