BNW Developments seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead all finance, treasury and FP&A activities across its UAE operations. You will steer capital structuring, ROI, and investor relations while ensuring robust internal controls and IFRS compliance.

Formación

• CA/ACCA/CPA or CFA with 20+ years of finance experience.
• 10+ years in senior finance leadership, CFO or successor role.
• Experience in real estate sector within UAE is ideal.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee fund management, liquidity, and capital structuring activities.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, and long-range financial planning across entities.
• Ensure IFRS compliance, internal controls and external audits.
• Drive automation and digitalisation across finance and the organisation.
• Advise CEO on financial strategy, risk, and investment decisions.
