Job summary

FCSearch in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Finance Director to lead the finance function across the business, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing cash flow and providing strategic financial leadership for large-scale construction projects.

The role requires 15+ years in finance within construction/infrastructure, CPA/ACCA/CA, and senior leadership experience; you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, reporting, risks and internal controls while driving digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; MBA/finance preferred.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or CA.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 7 years in senior leadership.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering or contracting with multi-million-dollar projects.

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Provide financial insights to Executive Management and the Board.
• Drive growth through planning, performance management and funding strategies.
