Job summary

BD SELECT, a leading UAE construction group, seeks an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join the executive team and drive financial excellence across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

You will own the financial strategy, lead long-term budgeting and cost control, oversee monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, manage treasury and audits, review contracts, and mentor a senior finance team to maximise value for the GCC market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA/CMA/CPA preferred.
• 15-20+ years in a senior financial management role.
• Construction industry experience required in GCC/UAE.
• Arabic language proficiency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company financial strategy and long-term budget planning.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and audits.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and internal controls to protect assets.
