Responsibilities

• Coordinate events per the Marketing Calendar including launches and showroom events.
• Track timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure professional execution.
• Collaborate with sub-divisions for creatives, content, brochures, and invites.
• Source and secure venues, caterers, and other resources as needed.
• Coordinate with procurement for event-related documentation and contracts.
• Oversee setup, takedown, and on-site event support and registration.
