Job summary
XenonStack is a fast-growing Data and AI Foundry seeking a Manager - Enterprise Sales to lead a high-impact team targeting strategic enterprise accounts. This player-coach role requires closing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals and delivering value-led, agentic AI solutions.
You will drive ARR/TCV growth, coach 3-6 AEs, and collaborate with Solution Architects to maximize customer value and retention across regulated industries in the UAE.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years in B2B enterprise sales, with 2-4 years in a leadership or player-coach role.
- Proven success closing $500K-$5M+ TCV enterprise deals.
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and value-based selling.
- Experience in account-based targeting and outbound-led growth.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Hit and exceed enterprise sales targets.
- Deliver team and individual ARR and TCV quotas.
- Maintain precision in forecasting and pipeline health.
- Lead & develop Enterprise Sales Team.
- Manage and mentor 3-6 enterprise AEs.
- Run weekly strategy sessions, account reviews, and deal coaching.
- Drive complex enterprise deals with C-level stakeholders.
- Structure multi-year, value-based agreements to increase ACV.
- Build land-and-expand strategies across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with Customer Success for renewals and expansions.
