Job summary

XenonStack is seeking a Solution Architect for Agentic Systems in Dubai to design end-to-end AI agent solutions for enterprise clients. You will bridge business needs with deep technical design, enabling secure, scalable deployments of multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines.

You will lead architecture discussions, workshops, and reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery across ERP, CRM, and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise software, or AI/ML engineering.
• Strong understanding of LLM architectures, embeddings, and agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AgentBridge).
• Proven experience designing RAG pipelines, hybrid retrieval systems, and knowledge graph integrations.
• Proficiency in Python and API design/integration.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture: translate requirements into scalable AI agent architectures; design workflows with multi-agent orchestration, A2A messaging, and tool chaining; define context and memory strategies.
• Integration Leadership: architect API, RAG, and data pipeline integrations with ERP/CRM/SOC tools; ensure interoperability between AI agents, vector DBs, and knowledge graphs.
• Performance & Scalability: optimize latency, token usage, and model selection; design for high availability and fault tolerance.
• Security & Compliance: embed governance, auditability, and data privacy controls; adhere to regulations (GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA as applicable).
• Customer Engagement: act as trusted advisor; conduct workshops, POCs, and design reviews.
• Collaboration & Delivery Support: work with Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Interaction Engineers; provide architectural oversight during implementation.
