Job summary

Radicle is seeking an experienced Sales Director / Senior Business Development Leader to drive strategic growth and win enterprise IT services engagements. You will independently generate opportunities, engage senior decision-makers, and oversee full sales cycles from lead to closure.

You will shape sales strategy, mentor a junior business development executive, and expand Radicle’s presence across target markets globally, including the UAE, Europe, and North America.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Services Sales and Business Development.
• Proven track record of independently winning and closing project-based IT services engagements.
• Strong existing network with enterprise decision-makers across target markets.
• Experience selling Digital Engineering, Custom Software Development, Mobile & Web Development, Salesforce Consulting or AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new enterprise opportunities for Radicle's IT services.
• Lead consultative sales discussions with CIOs/CTOs and other senior decision-makers.
• Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution and project closure.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients and partners.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility.
