Job summary

Fenergo is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to activate strategic accounts and drive early-stage pipeline in the UAE. You will identify where Fenergo can create value, engage executive personas, and collaborate with Field Sales to convert discovery into enterprise opportunities.

The role emphasizes strategic discovery, multi-threading, and data-driven account strategy in a hybrid work model across financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a commercial SaaS, technology or B2B sales environment.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and articulate value.

Responsibilities

• Activate strategic enterprise accounts with targeted activation plans.
• Engage senior and varied personas across Compliance, Financial Crime, Operations and Technology.
• Run high-quality discovery to uncover business problems and outcomes.
• Build account-specific Value Hypotheses connecting capabilities to priorities.
• Multi-thread and mobilise across buying groups to create stronger opportunities.
• Partner with Field Sales to shape engagement and progression.
• Operate with data and use CRM/revenue tools to track progress.
