Job summary

EDGE, headquartered in the UAE, is seeking an Operations Planning Lead for HALCON in Abu Dhabi to optimize planning, scheduling, and coordination of all operational activities. You will ensure Demand, Production, and Material Planning run efficiently and collaborate with Program Management, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance to enable timely delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in production planning, SAP APO/IBP, and a strong track record across multiple projects in manufacturing

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in operations production planning and scheduling across multiple projects.
• Hands-on experience with MRP systems and SAP (SAP APO/IBP preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed operational plans for timely production and delivery.
• Coordinate with Program, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics and QA to optimize resources.
• Oversee demand forecasting for projects, including materials and labor.
• Prepare materials for monthly Demand and Operations Planning meetings.
• Serve as liaison between Program, Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Ensure ERP data accuracy in SAP APO/IBP and maintain MRP alignment.
