Job summary

Otis L.L.C. on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, seeks a Renovation Sales Engineer to drive growth in our Renovation business, identifying leads, building a pipeline, and negotiating orders.

You will align solutions with client needs, manage stakeholder coordination across internal teams, and use CRM to forecast sales while meeting targets.

Fluent English required; Arabic preferred; bachelor's in engineering and 5+ years VT sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5+ years VT renovation sales experience.
• Ability to coordinate across internal teams and departments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation; English fluency; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage renovation and replacement inquiries from contact to project completion.
• Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for upgrades and renovations.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients and key contacts.
• Secure orders for renovation projects within existing service frameworks.
• Oversee elevator unit portfolios and maintain customer loyalty.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and resolutions.
• Generate new business through outreach, bids, tenders.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit targets.
• Use CRM to track opportunities and forecast results.
• Conduct complex negotiations to close deals.
• Collaborate with sales and field teams for project execution.
