Job summary

Otis L.L.C on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai is seeking a Renovation Sales Engineer to drive growth of Otis’s Renovation business. You will identify leads, build a strong sales pipeline, negotiate orders, and align solutions with client needs to increase market share while ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years in Vertical Transportation sales, especially Renovation, plus fluent English. Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Vertical Transportation (VT) sales, Renovation segment.
• Ability to coordinate across internal teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Renovation and off-portfolio replacement inquiries from start to finish.
• Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for upgrades and renovations.
• Build and maintain client relationships with key contacts.
• Secure orders and ensure integration into service frameworks.
• Oversee a portfolio of elevator units and coordinate with customers.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and resolutions.
• Develop strategic sales plans to hit targets and expand market presence.
• Use CRM to track opportunities, forecast results, and manage pipeline.
• Lead complex sales negotiations and collaborate with team members.
