Job summary

Novara is seeking a high-impact Commercial Sales leader to guide and grow the team selling our EHS, Training, and Contractor Management solutions. The role requires close collaboration with the executive team and cross-functional leaders to expand revenue streams and penetrate new logo accounts across diverse industries.

You will partner with marketing and product to craft a forward-looking GTM strategy and provide coaching to build a world-class sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Commercial Sales team selling Novara's suite of Environment, Health, & Safety (EHS), Training, and Contractor Management solutions
• Partner with the executive team and cross-functional leaders to increase revenue streams
• Develop strategic prospecting programs to penetrate new logo accounts in industries such as Manufacturing, Construction, Transportation, Utilities, Municipalities, and Hospitality
• Collaborate with marketing and product leaders to build a forward-thinking go-to-market (GTM) strategy
• Provide tactical coaching and development to build a world-class sales team
