Job summary

SIMCO, part of Structural Technologies LLC, seeks a Director of Business Development for the Middle East to lead market development and growth of civil infrastructure solutions. You will build strategic relationships with asset owners, operators and engineering firms, manage complex negotiations, and extend engagements from projects to portfolio-level programs.

The role requires extensive BD experience in infrastructure or industrial sectors, international exposure, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in business development
• Experience in infrastructure, engineering, or industrial sectors
• International experience; Middle East experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel across Middle East and North Africa
• Experience selling complex, solution-based services

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a structured market development strategy across the Middle East and North Africa
• Identify, qualify and target asset owners and operators with civil infrastructure portfolios
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline and drive revenue growth
• Translate client needs into structured technical and commercial proposals
• Represent SIMCO with key stakeholders and promote regional expertise
