Job summary

LOBA GROUP in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior strategy leader to guide corporate strategy across Civil, MEP, and Infrastructure divisions; you will shape long-term plans and drive cross-functional execution.

You will partner with the CEO and Board, deliver performance dashboards, evaluate growth options, and oversee governance of strategic initiatives with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and HR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, economics or engineering.
• 15–18 years total experience with 7–10 years in senior strategy or consulting.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred; certifications in strategy/finance are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop long-term strategies, multi-year plans, and KPIs; lead cycles.
• Growth & Investment: Evaluate new business, expansion, and M&A opportunities; lead feasibility studies.
• Executive Advisory: Support CEO and Board with strategic insights, reporting, dashboards.
• Execution & Governance: Track initiatives against KPIs; ensure cross-functional alignment.
