The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, fluent English and Arabic, and a proven track record in B2B sales within marketing or related fields.

Qualifications

• With sales or business development experience, preferably within a marketing, advertising, digital, media, or creative agency.
• Proven experience in generating leads and closing B2B sales.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding, advertising and related marketing services.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Confident and goal-oriented.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and other lead-generation channels.
• Generate new leads and develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Present and sell the agency's marketing services, including digital marketing, social media management, branding, creative services, advertising, and related solutions.
• Understand clients' business objectives and recommend suitable marketing services and packages.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and service packages in coordination with the internal team.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Coordinate with marketing, creative, and account management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handoffs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on marketing trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the UAE market.
