Job summary

Coty in Dubai seeks a Business Analyst TR MENA to drive data reporting, planning and financial control. You will partner with MENA Travel Retail, develop dashboards, support S&OP processes and ensure robust GtN accuracy through cross-functional collaboration.

You bring at least 5 years in analytics or planning, strong Excel, SAP/BI experience, and a talent for turning data into actionable insights in a fast-paced regional environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of analytics, sales, finance or demand planning experience in the Middle East region.
• Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with SAP and BI tools.
• Ability to turn data into insights and support strategic decisions with speed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards for sell-out performance and TPR analysis.
• Provide daily and monthly business updates vs targets.
• Support automation of reporting processes through SAP/BI.
• Create and adapt reports to meet evolving business needs.
• Consolidate customer outlooks and validate forecasts with the demand planning team.
• Build monthly S&OP decks and ensure alignment of sales planning with forecasts.
