Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Senior Data Analyst - Strategy to partner with the Strategy team, translating complex datasets into actionable growth roadmaps for the Executive Committee and C-suite. You will lead end-to-end analytics projects, identify high-value opportunities in growth and pricing, design executive dashboards for real-time decisions, and mentor juniors while unifying data across units.

Relentless focus on data integrity and collaboration will drive impact on P&L.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Statistics; Master's considered a plus.
• 6+ years of work experience in a strategy/analytics role in an internet/e-commerce company.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel/dashboard tools.
• Excellent analytical, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex datasets into actionable growth roadmaps for the Executive Committee and C-suite.
• Identify high-value opportunities in growth, pricing elasticity, and operational efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects from data extraction to presenting recommendations that impact P&L.
• Design executive dashboards enabling real-time, data-driven decisions for regional stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure data integrity and governance.
