Job summary

Procter & Gamble Dubai is seeking a Business Analysis Manager to drive strategy and insights within the CMK organization. You will shape P&G products and customer experiences by leveraging consumer and market data and collaborating across Brand, Finance, Sales and R&D teams.

The role demands strong analytical skills, experience with data sources, and the ability to communicate complex findings through compelling visuals and storytelling. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Experience building predictive models and storytelling with data.
• Strong analytical skills using multiple data sources and big data handling.

Responsibilities

• Act as internal business strategy consultant, ensuring insights inform strategy and execution.
• Use internal and external data to build predictive and explanatory models of consumer behavior.
• Develop reproducible code, models, analytics, visuals and engaging presentations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Finance, Sales, R&D to identify new opportunities.
• Communicate findings to business partners with a mix of storytelling and analytical rigor.
• Support learning and knowledge sharing within CMK family.
