The role focuses on proactive risk identification, health checks, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable impact for customers leveraging MongoDB deployments.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• Experience with consumption-based products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify Risks and drive deployment health by advising on best practices and operational strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive customer business reviews, analyze technical health and operational performance while translating insights into value-based outcomes.
• Own elements of the account plan that drive customer maturity, retention, and revenue realization.
• Track and report progress against key business outcomes, forecast revenue retention for leadership, and identify opportunities to expand customer impact.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Services, Support, and Training teams to drive customer health, satisfaction, and value realization.
