Job summary

MongoDB is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate growth across the Middle East Private market, with a primary focus on the UAE, Gulf region, and select Saudi accounts.

The role centers on new business acquisition and expansion within enterprise private-sector accounts, building senior relationships, and driving long-term revenue growth across a hybrid Dubai-based model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience.
• Ability to close net-new logos and grow strategic accounts.
• Experience selling into Middle East enterprise private-sector organizations, UAE and Gulf markets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build, manage, and close a high-quality pipeline across the Middle East Private territory.
• Develop and execute a territory plan focused on enterprise private-sector organizations in Dubai, the Gulf, and Saudi Arabia.
• Prospect strategically into CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Engineering, IT leaders, and other senior decision-makers.
• Create, progress, and close complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles for new logo acquisition and account expansion.
• Build executive relationships that create long-term growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Partner with Solutions Architects and Professional Services to align technical and business value.
• Collaborate with channel and ecosystem partners to increase market coverage and maximize deal size.
