Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in corporate or government sectors.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and buying cycles.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within corporate and government sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Analyze requirements and customize solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and closure.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and market penetration.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline information using CRM systems.
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Represent the organization at industry events and networking functions.
