Job summary

We One in Dubai seeks an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of client, vendor, and partner agreements. You will lead drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

The role focuses on mitigating risks, maximizing commercial outcomes, and driving efficient contract execution across legal, finance, procurement, and operations to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Contracts Management, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in contract management or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms and risk management.
• Experience in managing high-value or complex contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, review, negotiation, and management of contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and operational teams on contract-related matters.
• Monitor contract performance, obligations, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage contract variations, claims, renewals, and dispute resolution.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
• Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on contract interpretation and compliance.
• Support audits and internal reviews related to contracts.
• Develop and improve contract management processes and best practices.
