Job summary

You will work with legal, procurement, finance, sales, and operations to review terms, manage risks, and support negotiations with customers and suppliers, maintaining records and driving governance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of contract principles and lifecycle management.
• Proficient drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and renewing contracts.
• Excellent analytical and risk-assessment abilities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract lifecycle from drafting and review to execution and close-out.
• Review terms, identify commercial and operational risks, and coordinate approvals.
• Support negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Maintain accurate contract records and monitor obligations and deadlines.
• Develop contract governance processes and drive compliance improvements.
• Provide guidance on contractual matters to stakeholders.
