Qualifications

• Solid understanding of legal frameworks related to commercial contracts and procurement policies.
• Compliance certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contractual obligations to ensure compliance with procurement policies across multiple markets.
• Implement operational and financial controls to mitigate risks.
• Oversee business ethics policies including anti-corruption and conflict of interest compliance.
• Analyze and improve Standard Operating Procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory approvals.
