Job summary

Noventiq invites an experienced Contract Specialist in Dubai to draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, while actively identifying and mitigating contract risks.

You will support Sales and Procurement teams, maintain contract records, track renewals, and help develop standard templates and clause libraries, with a strong focus on English drafting and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• LLB or equivalent law degree required.
• 2+ years PQE in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Experience with IT/technology companies preferred.
• Strong English drafting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Identify, assess, and elevate risks on liabilities, indemnities, warranties, IP, payment terms, and termination.
• Support Sales and Procurement teams with contract risk analysis.
• Maintain contract records, track renewals and expirations.
• Assist in developing standard templates and clause libraries.
• Review and complete customer/vendor compliance documents.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, Admin to collect information for compliance submissions.
• Ensure consistency of compliance responses with company policies and legal obligations.
