Job summary

Noventiq Seven Seas Technology in Dubai seeks a Contract & Compliance Executive to draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements while supporting internal teams with contract risk analysis.

The candidate should hold a law degree with 2+ PQE in drafting and negotiation, be fluent in English, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple contracts, ideally with IT/tech experience, and collaborating across HR, IT, and Finance to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Skills: Strong English drafting and negotiation capabilities; detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts.
• Preferred: Prior experience in an IT/technology company.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements.
• Identify and escape risks related to liabilities, indemnities, warranties, IP, and payment terms.
• Maintain contract records and manage renewal/expiration tracking.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of standard contract templates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance) to complete customer/vendor compliance documentation.
