Job summary

GOLDEN ZIMEC TRADING LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced field sales professional to drive new business in the construction and industrial sectors. You will identify opportunities, visit sites, and nurture relationships with contractors, consultants and project owners.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations, negotiating prices, coordinating with procurement and logistics, and achieving monthly and annual targets while delivering excellent after-sales service.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in construction project sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of UAE construction projects and procurement procedures.
Self-driven and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
Effective time management and organizational abilities.
Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction and industrial sectors.
Generate sales leads through site visits networking cold calling and client meetings.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors consultants developers MEP companies and project owners.
Follow up on upcoming and ongoing construction projects to secure material supply opportunities.
Prepare and submit quotations negotiate prices and close sales deals.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies.
