Job summary

NSR Associates in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to plan and execute large retail/building projects from inception to handover, coordinating Clients, Principals, Landlords, authorities and contractors to meet quality, budget and schedule targets.

You will develop execution plans, manage design, tendering, procurement, and contract administration, ensuring milestones are met and risk is controlled through rigorous governance and weekly progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction and project management.
• Experience coordinating Clients, Principals, Landlords and authorities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage execution of retail/building projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and implement tendering, selection and contractor coordination procedures.
• Develop project milestones, procurement plans and handover timelines.
• Supervise design process to meet milestone deliverables and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with QS for CAPEX and cost control across projects.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with project program and authorities.
