NSR Associates is partnering with a Tier 1 Design and Build Contractor to recruit two Senior Project Managers for the UAE market. The roles target proactive, commercially minded professionals who excel in a fast-paced, growing business and can lead projects in commercial office and residential sectors.

Ideal candidates will possess 10+ years’ experience in commercial interior fit-out/construction, a Senior PM or Project Director background, and a proven track record delivering multiple projects

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience within commercial interior fit-out / construction.
• Strong Senior PM / Project Director-level background.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of programme, procurement, cost control and contractual obligations.
