Job summary

Nathan & Nathan in the UAE seeks a Senior Projects Manager to lead and oversee project management across a diverse portfolio of large-scale developments in the UAE and KSA. You will drive delivery from design through handover, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.

The role requires 10+ years in real estate development and strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams, with familiarity with FIDIC and pre/post-contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management strategies, KPIs and delivery standards.
• Lead and oversee the project portfolio across UAE and KSA.
• Manage projects from design through construction to handover.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, schedule and quality requirements.
• Oversee design management across disciplines and procurement processes.
• Manage variations, claims, and contractual matters per FIDIC principles.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing project management team.
