Job summary

builtroom in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed project schedules for construction and interior fit-out activities. You will monitor progress, coordinate with PMs and site teams, and identify schedule risks, preparing regular progress reports and updates.

The role requires strong planning skills and experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project, with the ability to drive on-schedule delivery in a fast-paced environment in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and maintaining project schedules for construction/interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to identify delays and schedule risks and develop recovery plans.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Identify delays, critical activities, and potential schedule risks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and schedule updates.
• Assist in developing recovery and mitigation plans for delayed activities.
• Track manpower, resources, and overall project performance.
• Ensure project activities are completed within the planned timelines.
