Job summary

ARCO TURNKEY SOLUTIONS CONTRACTING LLC in Dubai seeks a highly organized Sr. Planning Engineer with 8+ years UAE interior design, fit-out and construction experience to lead and update project schedules, ensuring milestones align with contracts and budgets.

You will develop schedules, monitor progress, coordinate with PMs, engineers and site teams, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and support tender planning. Strong communication in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UAE interior design, fit-out and construction experience.
• Experience developing detailed project schedules and monitoring milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and site teams to collect progress data and update schedules.
• Monitor critical paths and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation plans to prevent schedule delays.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and client review.
• Analyze productivity, resource allocation and timelines to support planning decisions.
• Support tender planning submissions and participate in project planning meetings.
• Monitor subcontractors' planning and progress to align with overall schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and or MS Project
• Coordinate with project managers engineers and site teams to collect progress data and update schedules
• Monitor critical paths and project milestones to ensure timely delivery
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans to prevent schedule delays
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and client review
• Analyze productivity resource allocation and project timelines to support project planning decisions
• Participate in project planning meetings and support tender planning submissions when required
• Monitor subcontractors x27 planning and progress to align with overall project schedules Ensure compliance with contractual obligations construction sequencing and key deliverables
