Job summary

Basatin Landscaping SPLLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior construction leader to take full accountability for construction execution across projects, ensuring alignment with approved scope and contracts.

You will drive strategies, schedules, and sequencing, lead multidisciplinary teams, and resolve complex technical and planning challenges with consultants to keep projects on track. A track record of 10+ years in construction and strong leadership, safety, and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• PM/Construction Management certification preferred.
• HSE training/certification an advantage.
• 10+ years in construction projects.
• 5+ years in senior construction management or leadership.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and constructability.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and accountability for construction execution across projects.
• Establish and drive construction strategies, execution plans, and sequencing.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to protect schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Lead development and monitoring of detailed construction schedules with PM/Planning teams.
• Oversee site operations and take corrective actions to address delays or resource gaps.
• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, and site teams for uninterrupted progress.
• Review and approve drawings for constructability and compliance.
• Resolve complex technical and sequencing challenges with consultants and teams.
• Prepare, track, and approve all construction deliverables and method statements.
• Oversee procurement support and subcontractor mobilization.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, HSE, ISM, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop construction teams and subcontractor staff.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement.
