Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Professional certifications such as PMI-SP, PSP, or PMP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules.
• Prepare baseline programs, resource plans, and cash flows.
• Perform critical path, scenario, and what-if analyses.
• Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor performance, produce dashboards and executive reports.
• Support claims and delay analysis with thorough documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and lead cross-functional planning teams.
