Job summary

Pirelli & C. S.p.A. in Dubai is seeking a Compensation & Benefits and Labor Cost Specialist to support labor cost management, payroll reporting, and workforce cost planning within the Human Resources team. 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.

You will participate in annual budget planning, consolidate HR reporting, collaborate with Finance to improve personnel cost planning and reporting accuracy, and prepare data for management and compensation planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in payroll administration reporting and compensation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, including SAP.

Responsibilities

• Participate in annual budget planning and workforce cost forecasting for the departments.
• Consolidate and prepare corporate HR reporting, including monthly and annual payroll.
• Collaborate with Finance to improve personnel cost planning and reporting accuracy.
• Prepare data and analysis for management reporting, and compensation planning.
• Maintain protection of workers’ personal data and business from unauthorized access.
