Job summary

Talabat is seeking a Coordinator Communications to support day-to-day internal and external communications, ensuring clear, consistent, timely messaging across teams in a fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong writing skills and comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders across functions. A Bachelor's degree in communications or related field and proficiency in Microsoft Office are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 13+ years of experience in coordination, communications or administrative roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Google Workspace is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of internal and external communication initiatives across teams.
• Coordinate communication materials, announcements and updates for clarity and consistency.
• Act as a point of contact between stakeholders ensuring smooth information flow.
• Assist in drafting, editing and formatting emails, presentations and reports.
• Track communication timelines, follow up on actions and maintain documentation.
• Support meetings including agenda preparation, note-taking and follow-ups.
• Maintain organized records, trackers and communication logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging.
