The ideal candidate will have over ten years of experience in public policy, a strong background in regulated industries, exemplary communication skills in English and Arabic, and the ability to manage government relations strategically.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of experience in public policy, government affairs, regulatory strategy, or public sector leadership roles.
• Proven experience influencing regulatory outcomes in GCC or broader MENA markets.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and their impact on digital platform business models.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
