Job summary

Serco in Dubai is seeking a Commercial and Planning Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting and multi-year strategy for the Middle East division. You will partner with Operations, Procurement and contract leadership to protect margin, cash and growth.

The role covers governance, risk management, procurement oversight and providing analytical insight to senior leadership. Travel to contract sites across the region is required; experience with public sector clients is preferred.

Qualifications

• Significant post-qualification experience in FP&A and business partnering.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Strong procurement oversight and supplier management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, annual plan, budgets, forecasts and multi-year strategic plan.
• Own monthly forecasting with robust outlooks for revenue, margin and cash.
• Provide commercial support to bids, price reviews and governance.
• Monitor procurement spend, supplier performance and cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with operations and contract leadership to improve margin and cash flow.
• Support governance, risk management and internal controls across planning and procurement.
