Etihad Airways is seeking a Senior Manager Commercial Planning to turn our commercial strategy into coordinated action across Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Sponsorships, Alliances and other commercial functions. You will operate at the center of the Commercial organization in Abu Dhabi, leading a team of 6 and aligning regional objectives.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in commercial strategy, planning or transformation.
• Experience in aviation, travel or complex commercial environments.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive execution.
• Strong analytical capability to turn data into recommendations.
• Experience managing change and influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to challenge thinking and align teams around direction.
• Strong project management and execution in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading distributed teams.
