Job summary

Serco is hiring a Commercial and Planning Manager in Dubai, UAE. The role leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business planning for the Middle East division, ensuring value for money in procurement and accurate management reporting.

You will partner with operational leaders to improve margin, cash flow and growth, while driving governance, risk management and continuous improvement across planning and commercial activities.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with global FP&A exposure for large services/outsourcing.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Proven track record as a finance business partner to operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year strategic and annual business planning processes.
• Provide commercial and financial support to bids and contracts.
• Oversee procurement governance, supplier negotiation and spend analysis.
• Partner with operations to improve margin, cash flow and growth.
• Deliver monthly management packs with commentary on risks and opportunities.
• Identify process improvements across planning, reporting and procurement.
