Etihad Airways is seeking a Senior Manager Commercial Planning to transform our commercial strategy into coordinated action. You will connect strategy with execution across Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Sponsorships, and Alliances, ensuring alignment behind priority initiatives.

You will lead the development of commercial priorities across markets, translate strategy into clear requirements, and navigate fast-moving conditions with strong stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in commercial strategy, planning, or transformation, preferably in aviation.
• Strong ability to coordinate across Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Sponsorships, and Alliances.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and delivering actionable results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of commercial strategy across markets.
• Coordinate priorities across multiple commercial functions to align objectives.
• Translate strategy into business and technical requirements, plans, and actions.
• Manage a team of 6 and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Monitor progress with meaningful KPIs and adjust as needed.
