Manpower Middle East, recruiting on behalf of a leading chemical manufacturer in Dubai, seeks an experienced Head of Finance to report to the Managing Director. The role requires a Finance/Accounting degree and a professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA) with 10+ years in finance and at least 5 years in a senior leadership position within manufacturing, chemicals, or industrial sectors.
