Job summary

Cloud Bridge is seeking a highly organised Project & Delivery Coordinator to join our Delivery team in Dubai. The role focuses on coordinating opportunities from pre-sales through to project kick-off and supporting successful execution across the project lifecycle.

You will work with Sales, Project Managers, Technical Leads, and Delivery Leadership to align resources, governance, and funding, while independently managing smaller engagements from initiation to closure.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Resource Coordinator, or Delivery Coordinator role.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting project mobilisation, resource planning, or delivery operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opportunities through pre-sales and project initiation stages.
• Support project kick-off activities and governance requirements.
• Track upcoming opportunities and support capacity planning.
• Manage resource requests and allocations across projects and opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, RAID logs, status reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
• Produce regular status updates for internal and client stakeholders.
