Job summary

Affility Consulting is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator in Dubai to support Business and Digital Transformation projects. You will coordinate planning, maintain trackers, and assist consultants and clients to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires strong organisation, proactive attitude, and good communication. 2–5 years' experience in similar environments is preferred, with ERP/IT project exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or PMO.
• Excellent planning, organisation and follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good documentation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with MS Project, Planner, Jira or Asana is a plus.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling and day-to-day coordination of transformation projects.
• Maintain project plans, action trackers and milestone trackers.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and client discussions, including agendas and minutes.
• Follow up with consultants, clients and stakeholders on actions and deliverables.
• Track progress, risks, issues and dependencies and highlight delays to the Project Lead.
• Assist with requirements gathering, process documentation and project reports.
• Support ERP, digital transformation and IT projects.
• Coordinate activities between business users, consultants, technology teams and providers.
• Assist with project status reporting and client communication.
