Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive cost reports for Civil project components.
• Monitor project spending against the approved budget and forecasts.
• Analyze cost trends and flag potential overruns early.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support value engineering.
• Develop project budgets during tendering and execution stages.
• Update cost forecasts based on progress and market conditions.
• Contribute to cash flow projections and financial planning.
• Deliver detailed cost breakdowns aligned with WBS and cost codes.
