CARBON GENERAL CONTRACTING L L C in Dubai seeks a Cost Controller with 3-5 years of UAE construction cost control experience. You will monitor budgets, prepare CVR and CTC reports, track revenue, costs, commitments and margins across projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, is proficient in ERP systems and Excel, and can coordinate with procurement, site, QS and finance to ensure accurate cost reporting. Candidates currently in UAE are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 3-5 years of UAE experience with a minimum of 3 years in cost control.
• Building project experience is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of project cost control, budgeting, forecasting and cost reporting.
• ERP systems experience and advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost reports and cost forecasts.

• Monitor project variations and reflect approved variations in budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze cost deviations and recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Prepare regular cost analyses and provide updates to management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project budgets cost reports and cost forecasts
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify cost overruns
• Prepare monthly Cost Value Reconciliation CVR and Cost-to-Complete CTC reports
• Track project revenue actual costs commitments and projected margins
• Monitor material consumption labour costs machinery costs and subcontractor expenses
• Review and monitor LPOs purchase orders subcontractor costs and supplier invoices
• Coordinate with the QS procurement site and finance teams to ensure accurate cost reporting
• Monitor project variations and ensure approved variations are reflected in project budgets and forecasts
• Analyse project cost deviations and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability
• Prepare regular cost analysis reports and provide timely updates to management

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in UAE, with a minimum of 3 years in cost control.
