Eaton Corporation in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Channel Marketing EWS/IT Leader for META to drive regional channel strategies, programs, and content alignment with global priorities. You will lead and scale marketing teams, enable partners, and advance digital tools to accelerate channel sales.

Collaborate with global and regional teams, drive data-based decisions, and oversee joint marketing activities, ensuring a strong partner ecosystem and sustained growth in the META region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, product management, channel management or associated field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with channel marketing or marketing communications and product marketing; experience with channel marketing and partner program strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Align META channel marketing strategies with regional goals and market positioning.
• Collaborate with Eaton Content Teams to promote products and support partner activities.
• Drive partner adoption of digital tools and provide comprehensive sales training.
