Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Channel Marketing EWS/IT Leader to drive regional channel marketing strategies across META, collaborating with global and regional teams to grow partner networks and accelerate channel sales.

You will lead planning, content, and execution, ensuring partners leverage training content and digital platforms while aligning with regional priorities and customer needs. Strong leadership and cross‑functional skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; 10+ years in channel marketing.
• Experience with channel marketing and partner program strategy development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop channel marketing strategies aligned with META goals and market positioning.
• Lead planning, execution, and measurement of regional channel activities and content.
• Drive partner programs, onboarding, training, loyalty, and incentives across EMEA and APAC.
• Lead joint marketing activities with channel partners and manage MDF allocation.
• Monitor partner data quality and drive program performance and digitalization initiatives.
