Confidential Jobs in Dubai invites applications for a Chief Financial Officer, based in the UAE, to lead the finance function, governance, risk management, and Shared Services transformation. The role requires strategic and operational leadership to deliver strong financial performance.

You will collaborate with the CEO and Board on strategic investments and capital allocation, drive ERP upgrades, and build a high-performing finance team focused on accountability and commercial thinking.

Qualifications

20+ years of progressive finance experience at CFO/Finance Director level.
Experience in Finance Shared Services / GBS.
Strong track record in finance transformation and ERP environments.
Experience working with Boards and senior leadership, with strategic, analytical skills.
Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organisation’s financial strategy, supporting growth and profitability.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, cash flow, and statutory reporting.
Lead Finance Shared Services and drive standardisation and automation.
Partner with the CEO on strategic investments and capital allocation.
Drive finance transformation including ERP optimisation and analytics.
